Whilst updating the plugin to 1.18, i found a few bugs in the code and config that i have now fixed. Redownload the plugin + remove all config files and redo them for the optimal usage of the plugin.

Bugs:

Fixed the database connections not auto reconnecting on user join.
Fixed there being 2 different versions of the bold and italic message in config.
Fixed the plugin start up messages.

Future updates:
Auto reset players color if they don't have permission or gained a new permission.
