This plugin is super easy to use and everything is changeable in the config.yml

Commands-

/color gui - Opens the gui.
/color set (color) - Allows a user to set their color.
/color hex (&#code) - Allows a user to set their color to a hex code.
/color set (color) (name) - Allows a user to set someone elses color.
/color reset - Resets the color to the default color set in the config.yml
/color reset (name) - Resets someone elses color to the default color set.
/color list - Lists the colors available by default.
/color help - Shows the help menu.

Color Permission: ChatColor.colors
HexColor Permission: ChatColor.hex
Color Others Permission: ChatColor.colors.other
Bold Permission: ChatColor.bold
Italic Permission: ChatColor.italic
Reset Permission: ChatColor.reset
Reset Others Permission: ChatColor.reset.other
Donator Default Permission: ChatColor.donator
Staff Default Permission: ChatColor.staff
Admin Permission: ChatColor.admin
