Remove config.yml when upgrading, or change accordingly to the config.yml provided in "Overview"
- Added new trigger that will trigger a large raid for any players in the vicinity of a village during midnight on a full moon.
- Fix Hero of the Village effect status level not reflecting from the configurations properly.
