Capture villagers in performance-saving scrolls and trade with them.More Permissions and Server Console Support
- Added multiple permissions for the Witch Doctor UI, allowing for finer control over which features can be used.
- Added /witchdoctor open command, which opens the UI for a player, can be used from console.
- Console can now run /boxedvillagers give if there is a target player provided.
