Not terrible but not great either.

/disable doesn't work since your file is named "DogeSk_1.7.5" and /dible disables "DogeSk"

Similar to advanced admin join messages still show up even if a player is banned. And reports can be spammed making it very annoying to staff.

Staff chat could be better but it works ok.

Spawn could be better but its ok

Overall it's pretty much EssentialsX but worse. I'd skip it and go for EssentialsX instead. Please do not credit me for telling you an issue. I am not involved in the making of this script.

Similar to ghostly06's review, this is poorly written. I don't see how you must explain that without saying everything wrong with it.
Here's a brief explanation: Laggy code, too much code that can be shortened, etc.
