Quick Bugfixes

Optimized Homes & Spawns.

So, it came to my attention a little while ago that a glitch is in the code that allows users to bypass ban. @CamTheCoolKid#8868 helped me out and fixed the error. If you experience any other errors please bring it to my attention @ShyDoge#0001.

Fixed minor bugs

Fixed:
- Issues with /setspawn setting the spawn to your mouse location instead of your physical location.
- Issues with /sethome setting the spawn to your mouse location instead of your physical location.
- /home bugging you into the ground
- /spawn bugging you into the ground
- /ban letting users join back in if they execute a command on join

Fixed an issue where normal players can use staff chat and Staff TPA.
Also added Heads when a player dies!
