From this version, BankPlus will only work on >= 1.21 servers

- Added required items placeholder that now supports the specification of individual items by using []
- Now loans can also be requested when players have 0 bank balance.,
- Added new option to disable the check for enough money when requesting loans.
- Fixed loans not saving correctly and losing saves when trying to load them.
- Modified custom required items so now if a simple item is specified (Only material or amount) it won't be marked as custom item.
