- Removed cleared entity count metrics
- Refactored a lot of code
- Removed the /clearentities command (replaced by /ecl clearnow)
- Added the entityclearer.basecommand permission
- Added support for not removing occupied vehicle entities
- Improved the interval metrics
- Moved debug dumps into their own folder
- Bumped minimum server version to 1.18.2
- Greatly improved the way in which the clear task works
