Changelog
- Added "darkernights.enabled" player permission.
- Improved client-side performance by halving the rate of light packet processing.
- Fixed newly generated chunks not always being properly darkened.
- Fixed chunks at edge of map not always being properly darkened.
- Fixed unloaded chunks not being marked as needing to be re-sent to players.
