- Fix blocking of lava near players with PvP disabled
- Also block flint and steel near players with PvP disabled
- Now tries to cleanup all scoreboard teams on disable
- Fixed issue with fake players from mods
- Add option to disable nametag for PvP on/off writing 'none'
- Add option to block newbies from picking up items during protection
