The config and messages files were updated, check for changes and adjust them

Changelog:

• Added action bar support with a lot of customization
  • Only supports Spigot 1.10+, the premium version will support 1.8 and 1.9
  • Make sure to check the config and modify the message as you wish although i feel the default looks good
• Fixed glowing not disappearing if player gets untagged ahead of time
• Fix bug that caused newbie protection remaining time to not be read properly from config
• Fix plugin reload causing newbie protection to reset for first time login
• Added feedback message to respawn protection, configurable in messages file

Another side note: PvPManager recently hit 500+ concurrent servers running the plugin! Thank you for using the plugin!
