Added NametagEdit delay.

NametagEdit delay. BETA!
- You can now add a delay after player joins the server before adding the tag.
- Useful if you have issues with other plugins adding tags at the same time that AlonsoTags.

IMPORTANT: Delay is in TICKS, NOT SECONDS. 20 ticks = 1 second.
