- Added ability to give random positive potion effect using POTION effect
Instead of putting a potion effect just put the word positive - Fixed issue with Cage pet not working with factions
You can now use the cage effect in the wilderness, warzone, and your own claim but not enemies claim, neutral, etc. to avoid people glitching into bases
