Single .jar File Compatible with Multiple Versions
FreeRPG_1.16 and FreeRPG_1.15 have been combined into one jar file: FreeRPG.

As a consequence, 1.15 zombie pigmen no longer give buffs/kill effects. They should still give exp, but the value is determined by "
killAnythingElse" in the config.
