New Feature:
The main GUI now displays total play time

New commands:
setSouls - allows operators to set a player's soul stat
setTokens - allows operators to set a player's token stats

New Config:
maxLevels - allows administrator to set a max level for any skill
startingSouls - allows administrator to set the souls new players start with
refundCost - allows administrator to set the number of souls needed to refund a skill tree

New Permissions:
Added Permissions for all toggle commands
Added permissions for the two new commands
Added permissions for getting souls from playing
