Version 3.1 Changes:
- Returned 1.8 support, in addition to 1.9.
- Removed head-selling from the off hand.
- Fixed size bug in the selling menu.
- Optimized code slightly.
- Returned Minigames support.
- Abandoned combat log plugin support.
- The release of Minecraft 1.9 has left combat log plugins out-of-date. Please let me know if you're particularly in favor of combat log support.
- Added permission 'hunter.master' to hunt with a 100% chance of drop success.
- This permission still has lower precedence than world-specifics. In other words, players with this permission can only collect heads in valid worlds.
- This permission also has lower precedence than head-theft protection. In other words, players with the permission 'hunter.nodrop' will never drop heads, unless they are whitelisted.
