Version 2.3 Changes:
- Added a messages.yml file for easy editing of all HeadHunter messages.
- Reviewed valid players to add a bounty to.
- Added an option to drop heads on any death.
- Added support for deaths caused by Fire Aspect and Flame weapons.
- When sellhead GUIs are enabled, the Sellhead signs now use GUIs too.
