1. Fixed the border not showing on Dynmap bug. I guess it was working half the time?
2. Updated plugin to fully support 1.17.1.
3. Skipped Version 2.1.3 due to not being anything major.
To clear up confusion, I ran this release version on a server and everything was running fine.
