Wuufu's Waygates [1.13 - 1.21] -----

Inspired by Creative Gates and Stargate, players create gates/portals without commands.

Waygate Key Locks

Added config option to allow travel through private gates (usually restricted to owners, admins or bypass players).
Added Waygate Key Locks that allow creation of keys that only activate a single Waygate. Uses command /wg lock.
