The Phat Update
Fixed bugs:
- Would occasionally spit out errors about null pointers
- Couldn't Hotswap while looking at a block
- container-swap added to config. When enabled, Hotswap will override chests/containers.
- World settings!
- worlds all setting allows admins to specify which worlds when disabled.
- Added a variable (first) you aren't supposed to touch. So don't.
