Fishing Overhaul that brings Quests, Tournaments, and TreasureDefault Config Improvements
I intended to make the previous update v1.9 instead of v1.8.3 so I'm just setting this to v1.9.1 and moving on from there.
This update includes some heavy improvements to the default config builder that had been used so that it is now extremely easy to use and gives the user a proper fully updated config to use from the get go!
