Multi World and Lobby Support

Another very large update.
  • Added config option to switch between World and Arena Mode.
  • Added Lobbies when using world mode.
  • Added Voting when in world mode.
  • Added automatic world reset when in World mode.
  • Added config option to set a fall distance where the player will be sent back to lobby spawn.
  • Improved crash handling.
  • Integrated setup system with new World mode.
  • Reduced world loading impact on server thread.
  • Improved a lot of the code and added more labels.
  • Checked compatibility with 1.13Rx and 1.14Rx.
Known Caveats:
  1. No support for version below 1.13Rx at the moment.
