API, Pregenerate command, and regionerator support
- Added an API for other developers to use
- Can be used to get a list of all items and a list of all ores
- Can be used to get an ItemStack from the name of an item
- Can be used to set a block as an ore
- Added the command /mo pregenerate <world>
- Used to put ores in all chunks
- Can take a while
- Use at your own risk
- Added regionerator support
- Fixed an issue with world names that have spaces in them
