Changes
I have added the ability for police to be paid by arresting players, the default value is $500 per arrest (I will make that value changeable later)
Upgrading
to upgrade please add PayPoliceOnArrest: true (or false if you don't want to enable this feature)
to the config.yml file (if you simply delete the file that works too).
