Totally love the plugin it is really awesome! I've been looking at the code and I like how you implement some things. Can I suggest you to add a config option for the command to call the police? For example here the police phone number is 112, so it would be nice to be able to configure that command :)

I have a question. for a police officer to make an arrest, do you need a permission? It allows me to do everything except arrest, even release, but what's the use if the police user can't arrest?

this plugins so great. lightweight. so customable. and this auther really good and really helpful to set up the plugins.

I liked this plugin a lot, straightforward, and simple. Easy to understand, set up and use. Could use some improvement though. Here is some suggestions that may come in future updates:
-More Police Gear, such as batons, that can be disabled via config.
-Police shouter, people with police rank can use a megaphone to make announcements on a certain radius, with a bright color on chat to be seen.
-A police radio, for police officers, to communicate with ease.
-This one may be hard, but a warrant system. You could make a chief role, where admins can set someone as chief, which can then open warrants on people, when someone with a warrant is arrested, the warrant gets deleted. Police can see the warrant list, and go after them.

But overall, a good plugin, that has a lot of potential! Definitely could be a big plugin. Keep working pal!
