Changes
Added /police tp (teleports police to a random distance from a player, the max distance can be specified in the config)
Added /police reload (reloads new config file)
Upgrading
Important: before you upgrade, you need to rename the "config.yml" file in the SimplePolice folder to "data.yml"
Once you have renamed the file simply switch out the jars
