Prevent players from glitching or entering the nether top/roof, above bedrock.1.18 support and feature additions
This update adds:
* 1.18 support
* Chat messages are now in the action bar - this also prevents chat spam
* Block breaking or placing is now disabled in the 'old-method'
* Allows multiple commands to be added under 'command-on-entry'
