* Removes old-method and replaces it with a config option called 'freeze-on-entry', this is disabled by default. If enabled, it simply freezes the player if they enter the roof
* Fixed teleport-down from glitching and being stuck in an infinite loop

This update adds a new method of blocking players who go in the nether roof, when players go to the roof, the plugin now doesn't freeze them but it applies potion effects of poison and blocks all block placing, breaking and item consumption. It will kill the player if they don't type /spawn in time.
The new method can be turned off in the config if you set old-method to true
