Yes i am still alive

In this update i added some interesting features:

Java:

The current version only works for java 9 and above

New stuff:

-Gate command execution (Gates can now execute commands for 4 different events [OnEnter, OnExit, OnActivate, OnDeactivate])

-New blocked states (Gates can now be set to 4 different states [Locked, Unlocked, Block incoming, Block outgoing])

-Gate specific permissions (A permission to deny dialing and teleport access for a specific gate)

-Dialing assist (A address autocomplete list in the dialing gui)


New permissions:

-thegate.user.dial.<address>

-thegate.user.teleport.<address>


Performance:

-Overhaul of the database handler

-Refactors in many places
