Disable worlds feature.
It's now possible to disable the plugin in certain worlds.
Changelogs:
- Added new /obreak disabled-worlds add <worldName> command.
- Added new /obreak disabled-worlds remove <worldName> command.
WARNING! Please delete your old config.yml and messages file to apply changes and avoid NullPointerExceptions errors.
Also note, this isn't tested at all, please report bugs or errors.
