This plugin make you able to add a permission to break some blocks.
For example, you want to add a permission to break the block
COAL_ORE? Or even add to it a custom permission to break it, like break.coalore? With the command /oblock add COAL_ORE break.coalore you can.

By default now there aren't anymore blocks and permissions, but you can add them with the commands above:​
