Code improvement, conflict and myblocks disabled message

PLEASE TAKE A BACKUP OF THE MESSAGES.YML AND DELETE IT, THEN RESTART THE SERVER, so changes can apply (new messages added)

• If /myblocks it's disabled and somebody try to use it, he'll get a message saying it's a function disabled
• Avoid conflicts
• Added a new function, now on right click on a block in the BlockGUI, you'll delete all blocks
