PLEASE DELETE THE CONFIG.YML AND LET IT RE-GENERATE, MAYBE DO A BACKUP OF BLOCKS AND PERMISSIONS

- Now the plugin check if there's already a block or a permission in the config, when you try to add one with /addblock, if there's you'll get an error and the block won't be added
