Hi all!

This is a small update that adds back in the permission check for the /enchant command. When I initially pushed the redux update (Alpha 0.3.5) I forgot this check so anyone on the server could use the enchant command. This has been fixed. I apologize for any issues or inconvenience.

There is more to do before I'm ready to make a full release. Once I get in a few more necessary changes, we will move to a beta. While it is atypical of me to push out alpha or beta builds, I felt it is necessary with out outdated the current main release build is.
