Fixed bugs where updating the warps in the gui it would go into a different slot if you had items in the GUI where the warps would appear.

Fixed where warp's categories wasn't saved until the plugin reloaded itself.

Didn't need to fully add support for 1.16, just had to make sure it got the correct gui menu for the 1.13+ items and hex color support

When you have the visits boost off, it will no longer count the owner itself. Attempted to fix a null pointer exception upon menu load.

If you're getting an error upon plugin startup about "NullPointerException:" this is an issue with your server jar! Paper has just patched it.
