Added support for [prefix] and [suffix] placeholders in the GUI
Fix PlaceholderAPI placeholders not listening anymore to the plugin.
Fixed where if i added a new section to the database the plugin wouldn't create the new sections.
Added Metrics to the plugin (i forgot it in the recode)
Fixed where if you had the GUI disabled and you teleported to a warp it would come with an error
