Fixed an issue with the GUI in 1.13+ versions if the name of the skull contained "&f" you would not be able to teleport to the warp.
Fixed an issue where if you lock the warp, the GUI wouldn't refresh to the new change.
Added all the new sub commands to the Tab Completion feature.
