g list command doesnt work on 1.21.1, errors on the console, no fix or update in a long time

I just asked a simple yes/no question in discord support, but after 5 days still have not received an answer, instead of garbage attitudes and half, I threw 10$ in the trash.

The settings in MySQL are very confusing. When the guild vault uses mysql, it will cause duplication of items, and the guild synchronization is very slow!!!

It's a good plugin. The feature where guilds will be teleported to an arena you set up upon a guild war starting is such a cool feature that I haven't seen elsewhere. Developer is responsive and even added placeholders so I could set up a guild leaderboard at my spawn.

Has integrated well into my server and players enjoy its benefits, such as 2x and 3x xp for upgrading their guild tier. I do wish the GUI (i.e. /guilds info) were a little more configurable, such as being able to hide/remove buttons, change their slot placement in the menu, change the size of the menu or even add items into different item slots as dummy buttons just for decoration (such as glass panes.) But these are just small wishes that are tailored to my own particular server. For most servers, this plugin will work perfectly and I recommend it over other guild plugins I've tested for the majority of servers.

Personally this is way too text heavy of a plugin to use, yeah its usable and has the most features out of all the guild plugins out there, but with no guis its pretty hard to get going. I considered making my own gui's which I still might do if I cant find an alternative but its pretty time sensitive, having a few basic guis would really improve the plugin.

A little basic, could use a full GUI menu when other free plugins offer the same thing. Would have been great for my server - love the arena challenge option - but it needs placeholders for a leaderboard in order to make it of more interest and relevance in a social server.

I have been using guilds for a while now. It's made by Glare so you know it has some great code behind it. As a server owner I love it, it is easy to manage. My players also love the system, and it is a core part of my server.

It only looks good on the outside, but it's an empty plug-in inside.
It's such a waste of money.
Several of the most important functions are missing. The answer is slow and the update is slow.
I'm so disappointed.

xD does not work, you must try it so that you can see it, it generates the internal folders of the same plugin and the configuration is not generated. i am using PAPER 1.16.5

Guilds are another fantastic plugin by Glare, It works perfectly and my server has loved it from day 1. It is highly customizable and easy to use. I would recommend it to any server that has any size of a playerbase.

Dont support offline-mode.When you add the plugin to it,it will crash server when you use kick unkown player name.

Hi. The plugin is terrible, I do not recommend buying it, it is a raw product, and you should not rack your brains over it and its mistakes.

There is an error that a player cannot be dropped from the guild :(, it gives a message that he is no longer there, but he is still inside the guild and takes up a space in members.

I don't know exactly what EBDontBlink hates about Guilds, it's not a claiming/land management plugin. It's a RPG grouping system that add guild buffs, guilds wars mini-games and other grouping, permissions, roles systems that are KEY to servers that have RPG elements. Not ONLY that, but you can disable the Guilds worldguard-hook and use any claiming/land-management plugin alongside Guilds, it synergies really well with GriefPrevention, Factions, Towny, and even Lands.

I have mixed feelings. On one hand there's a lot to love. On the other, some pretty basic features are missing or deemed 'too niche'.

PROS:

- Great API, if you're using this as a depend, you're in for a treat.

- Fast developer response time on bugs being fixed.

- Very efficient, better than most guilds plugins. Won't lag you, even if your server is hot garbage.

- Guild level/role system is very robust, and allows for lots of configurable options for what guild rank members can and cannot do.

CONS:

- Guild GUI isn't very customizable. Can't change icon slots, if you disable a feature it just leaves an ugly blank slot in the GUI.

- No built-in support for restricting guild vaults to specific locations, to prevent players from bypassing item loss on death. (Can be indirectly accomplished via worldguard, restricting commands to specific regions.)

- Little to no support for guild commands that work in external menus. Good luck getting the intended effect in something like DeluxeMenus or BSPro. Intensifies issues regarding lackluster base GUI and unfortunately makes it even harder to find a solution for guild vault abuse.

- PvP friendly fire is a global true/false and not per guild. This works alright, but can lead to players kicking each other from guilds constantly to allow themselves to fight friends in PvP zones. Bring a duels plugin if you turn ff off, I guess.

Really great plugin, Glare is a really active developer; always on top of updates and getting back to me with any question I have.

However what truly makes this plugin special is the dev behind it. Its truly rare to find a developer who will go out of his way to help you and even if the error is as result of PEBKAC he will still aim to help you as best he can.

If you're considering getting this plugin. Do it!

The plugin started good and than after an update everything in this plugin broke the entire thing would not work basically the plugin became inactive 100% even tried to downgrade my server with no luck this has happened about 12 times prior

When I did message the owner about the issue he stated he had no idea and I am the only one who reported the issue and almost refused to help me till I told him I will post a review with detailed info what broke

Reason I am posting this review now because it broke again and enough is enough their support is also horrible I figure paying for a plugin should give me better support than (when he gets to it he will do it) that was from 1 of his support

There is so many way more advanced plugins on the market such as Towny and several land claims also not being able to resize land and things like that is horrible

Also when a member unclaims land the world guard keeps their property active an OP has to go in and delete the claim after

The owner will always bash all the stuff a server has rather than own up to his own plugin not working I run over 50 plugins on each bungee server and have never had any issues with either of them except the GUILDS PLUGIN

The plugin is very good I use it for my server, the only problem is the unclaim, the version of my server is in 1.14.4 When I make the command /guild claim it works but when I make /guild unclaim it tells me "You can't claim an area already claimed" I hope the problem will be fixed Thanks to the developer for this plugin !
