Changelog:
- Fix errors when teleporting certain entities like horses in Spigot 1.11
- Simplified teleporting method, should be more efficient
- Fix vehicle teleportation issue which made vehicles get teleported higher than they should
- Horses and other "tall" mobs should no longer die of suffocation inside portals
- Teleporting entities trough bungeecord portals such as horses, donkeys, etc might have issues such as losing their color.
