I completely followed the instructions, delivered 3 servers with ports 18001, 18002, 18003 and ip 127.0.0.1. On each server, I executed similar commands [gate setconf useSocketComms true], [gate setconf socketCommsPort 18001], [gate setconf socketCommsPass 6WYyeUYrabuNDdcc]. Passwords and ports are different for each server. But the [addserver, remserver, serverlist, serverls] commands do not work. =(

This is a great plugin. I hope that "bungeeTeleportDefault" can also support "spawn" parameters in addition to "location" and "server" to transmit to the player's respawn point (such as world spawn point, bed, respawn anchor, etc.) , So that I can make each world as a separate server, and then use this plugin to connect "world" and "world_the_end"

Very Good Plugin, have used this for years! To improve the plugin I suggest adding an ability for the gates to run a command chosen by the player! This can be used for minigames like SkyWars!
Really good plugin! I love the sugar cane portals XD Though there are some problems with it using 1.11.2 (1.11 too, I think...)
This goes for users that are using this plugin:
(FYI, "registered" means you listed your servers with AncientGates, it's just a word I made up)
1. If you have a network using BungeeCord, NEVER EVER set the SocketComms to true because the console will complain and say "Is it up to date?". The plugin works perfectly fine, just not the SocketComms part. Once you set it to true in-game, the plugin will work for a couple minutes, then it will say "An internal error has occurred (something like that)" when you type /gate. I don't think you can cover up your mistakes in-game. So you have to go back to your folder "AncientGates" and set the Comms to false, or just completely delete config.yml if you are lazy. Deleting it doesn't effect your servers.yml (your "registered" servers).
2. If you close a "sugar cane" portal, make sure you manually break the sugar cane and pick up the droppings (or lagg clear if you have ClearLag). It's kinda weird having half a bush of sugar cane hanging in mid-air. XD
3. If you have a network and you want to "register" your servers, might as well do it in the config instead of in-game. It's a lot quicker and easier. Trust me. (Just copy and paste)
4. If you have a network and you want to connect from server to server, make sure you have the plugin on both server (obviously).
5. For example, if you have a room 3x3x3, and you placed 3 blocks horizontally and use the "portal frame" (1x3x2) to make a portal, the plugin will complain... It will take on its rage by creating awkwardly shaped portal blocks (which is not what you want...)
Anyways, I think that's it. A few bugs with the plugin on 1.11.2, but otherwise, the plugin is awesome! I recommend using it for your network because it's really easy to config.
I have a bug! When I set a value for the Portal [/gate setinv id false]. In my inventory all items thrown on the ground near the first portal. Please update the plugin. Do update inventory when i use the portal (multi inventories)

I've been testing out ALOT of portal /warp plugins the past few weeks and this is my FAVORITE above all. Its easier to setup, and is a lot more configurable as far as WHERE you want the portal to go.
What I like the most is, the portal will take the player to a warp location instead of ANOTHER portal. Meaning, you can have multiple portals in different worlds go to the SAME location on one world.
Multiverse it a nice plugin too, but dosnt work with worldedit 6.0
and also take longer to mess with and setup.
This plugin literally TAKes about 10 seconds to setup and activate a portal :)

I had high hopes for this plugin, but it crashes Vault and all plugins associated with it, for some reason... I am running Spigot 1.8 and the latest version of Vault.
Excellent plugin! There's a problem where you can drop stuff into the gates and it'd go to the spawn of the place you want it to go please fix that maybe.
For normal server use its a good plugin but i'm using 1.8.7 and it doesn't let me create portals for bungeecord server.
Can you please make it so it supports then newest version.
