Just a few bugfixes:

- Fixed that player can earn now money by killing mobs correct

- Fixed that villager spawns twice after serverstart (I hope it is fixed)

- Fixed the order of playershop and adminshop command. Now /... <slot> <amount> sellprice> buyprice

- Added some error messages for invalid inputs. (Material and enchantments and potioneffects are not checked yet)

- Fixed place spawner and spawner logging

- Some other small things
