Fixes:
- PvP messages sending when hoping between 2 PvP claims
- PvP messages sending when throwing ender pearls
- Enderpearl damages are canceled and throw the "PVP only in PVP area message"

Removed:
- Remove “other worlds” from config, I am really not sure why its even there
