Added:
- Growing stage option to require a fertilizer to grow (fertilizer-required) so that plant stage will not grow on its own.
- Option to make fertilizers plant stage specific. (<drug name>:<order id>)
- %max_plant_stage% placeholder to the plant grow progress bar.
- You can no longer use fertilizers on plants that have reached their maximum grow time for their stage but haven't grown yet.
