- Random plant growing option to let a plant have a chance to grow a little bit faster (configurable) and with that make the growing process somehow more realistic.
- Replanting option for drug plants and vanilla plants with permissions:
ultimatedrugs.replant.all

ultimatedrugs.vanilla.replant.all
ultimatedrugs.vanilla.replant.<block type>
- Chances should now be more accurate.
- Smaller code optimizations.
