Changes:

+ WorldGuard support:
Set the "spawn-cuccos" flag to "true" in your prefered regions and Peaceful Cuccos will spawn instead of normal chickens.
Add "useWorldGuard" under the general section in the config.yml. (or let the plugin create new one)
