Added variable range support
Thanks to the suggestion of
JaHollYT the Taser comes with range customization!
The default range is 1. (Standard range)
You can crank it up to 2.
To get a nice range for RP purposes you should set the "rangeMultiplier" to about 0.4 - 0.5.
