Information:
This plugin will add a taser on your server. It can be used in many situations like roleplay. Simply use the /taser give command and you are good to go. It will shoot a snowball which if a player gets hit, the player cannot move for a certain amount of time. (Does not work in creative mode)

Commands:

• /taser - Base command; About page
  
• /taser give - You'll receive a Taser stick.
  
• /taser reload - Reloads the config.yml

Permissions:

• taser.* - all plugin permissions
• taser.use - Permission to use (rightclick) with the taser.
• taser.give - Permission to get the taser via command.
• taser.exempt - Grants immunity against tasering.
  
• taser.reload - Permission to reload the config.

Highlights:

• Useful for roleplaying
• Highly customizable (including item material!)
  
• Nearly every message can be edited
• AntiStuck™ system (no 'flying' in air while tasered)
• Sound and blindness (can be disabled)
• Taser range customization values from 0.1 to 2 are accepted.
