- Fixed the unsafe enchantment bug that wasn't adding the specified enchantments in the config to the item correctly.
- Added a give custom recipe command (/crecipe give <player> <recipename>)
- You do not need to be a player to use this command. This will allow for the command to be implemented into special crates if needed.

- %player% - target player
