This is a minor update mainly consisting of bugfixes.

Changelog

• Add permission check to only show pets that you have permission for in the selection menu.
• Add more checks to prevent the pet from despawning in protected areas.
• Add a /pet fixbroken command for admins in case an error happens.
• Add prefix to "no-permission" locale as it fits better with the default gray value.
