in config.yml disable queue, it constantly loads your map in order to preload chunks and reduce waiting time for rtp. If you are experiencing lag, disable this option and you can continue using this competition less plugin. Have a nice day :)

I have used this plugin for years, I am usually not one to give bad reviews, but how is it possible that over so long the performance is so terrible? Meh. Plugin works, but too risky to use. Many and I mean MANY have said this is a memory leaking plugin. Not to mention the support is basically non-existent. I needed help because I didn't understand the config, so I joined the discord, looked at support-chat where it specifically says I would get help from the dev himself. Instead, I get a moderator who tells me what I did was flawed, and that the values im trying to understand is self explanatory and to go find a youtube video.
Do not even bother with this corrupt plugin and support team. Use https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/rtp.94812/ for a MUCH better experience all around. I would also block Yomatoes( the douche of a person/"support" member) when possible.

It's a good RTP plugin, it takes some time to configure it the way you like but it's worth it. Would recommend it because it is simple and clear :)

I hope that the performance problem can be fixed. When I used this plug-in, it took up a large part of the CPU when there were no players on the server to randomly teleport. When I uninstalled the plug-in, it returned to normal, which made me suspect that it was this plug-in. The problem!

very good plugin but the problem is cooldown doesn't work with luck perms and players can rtp other players and i disabled the command but i guess it didn't work.

No matter how I configure it, my players are still thrown outside the worldborder on my resource world. Several players have died. I added a custom world for it with the correct max teleport (as it's smaller than my main map) and even added it to custom group. No matter what I do, players are still thrown outside the world border on resource map. Don't use this plugin.

When myself or my players do /rtp it does take quite some time to load... is there a way to speed this up?

It can only teleport to places where there are no blocks above the player, and I need it to teleport to caves too. minY and maxY don't work when I set them to -60 to -40.

They helped me for a few days because my English was not good enough. It must have been frustrating, but they were always so kind and detailed, they are the best!

The plugin its self is a pretty mediocre plugin overall; The only reason I dislike it is the fact that the developer refuses to believe that there is anything wrong with his plugin, along with his support staff. There is nothing wrong with their plugin and in stead all of the problems are caused by your miss configurations no matter how much proof you show them they refuse to change or try to fix anything. I did end up being able to VC with RonanCraft where he solved 1/3 of the major problems I was having but even after we VC'd they continue on. I only recommend this plugin if you plan to use it without the locations function. Good luck other wise.

I used to have a lot of troubles with this plugin in the past. For example it used to really lag the server out, the config was horrible etc.
But now, after a couple of months i've downloaded the newest version for a new project of mine and i gotta say, everything couldn't work better. Idk how but it doesn't lag as much, configuration works without an error and is as clear as should have been. Everything is just amazing, can't suggest anything better, because everything already is the best it can get.

This a decent plugin. I know there are a lot of config options, this plugin config seems very sensitive to crashing the server. It took me a couple hours to find this out, but you need to use this command with luckperms in order to use this plugin " /lp group default permission set betterrtp.world.( world name here ) true " otherwise you will get a msg saying " [BetterRTP] You don't have the permission to use this command! ".

On 1.19.2, this plugin has a very big memory leak. In my 16gb of ram server, it makes the ram explode, until the server crashes. I hope this gets fixed soon.

The server lag/crashes/low tps are not because of this plugin the lag/crashes/low tps also happen in other plugins also. Even in essentials when you use tpr this happens I think it's problem with 1.17

Have some minor issue at first its say finding safe place but later on it wont just rtp me but what I did is delete the folder then reconfigure it and it work

I like this plugin a lot. One thing I would recommend adding is @a, @e, @p, @r, and @s after "/rtp player" so that it teleports the specified parameter, an example would be "/rtp player @p", which teleports the nearest player.

Nice complement, a favor check the teleport for the underworld world, when the server is restarted the rtp stops working, for the "NETHER" world

Great plugin! <3 Used on a server I dev for with no issues! I particularly like the ability to select a biome. It's been very helpful for our players that want to start out in a specific environment.

Best rtp plugin out there, the only problem is performance, cause spikes even on pregenerated chunks. It would be nice a better optimization.

Im runnig this on 1.15.2 server and the only problem that i have ist too many times people die suffocated on a wall, is there some fix for that?

Pretty good and simple. Config file is easy to edit. No complicated options tho, so you will need some extra plugins to work around if you have too much imagination.

The plugin does what it says, it can teleport a player randomly to a safe spot. The only issue is that its really resource-heavy, every timings report I run betterrtp is always high up. Apart from that good plugin

Config is set up decently well, I just wish there were more comments inside of the config to explain each config option. I requested support from the developer via discord direct messages, he helped me fairly well, so far no complaints by me!

Pretty good, but takes about 15 seconds to rtp even when the delay's set to 1 or 5.

You could add an option for streamers, that would hide the coordinates when teleported. But, the plugin still great, I loved it!

Despite being busy, the developer is friendly, and helpful, and completely resolved any issues that we were having with the plugin. Also, thanks to this, we found out that our jungle biomes are far and few XD

Update, so that there is a different way of teleportation around the world, it is some further than another and of course more expensive

Awesome plugin! All tough i would like to have possibility to give players x amount of free RTP's and then they would have to pay to use it. It would be good for new players, but challenging for old players.

Works wonderfully, helpful Discord support. Extremely customisable too, including just about all the messages that might be shown to a player.

Works like it should, but for some reason has caused multiple errors and potentially lag to my server in the long run. It could just be because of spigot's dev builds (even if i'm using paper). I saw you didn't want people to post error logs or any of that here so I won't. I got the permissions working properly, but there's still bugs. Also you really could've been nicer on your critics like on Erikk_GP.

Works as advertised. So far it has not given us any issues. Quite customisable, too.

Works well for regular RTP in the overworld, but the rest of its settings won't work. Also config regularly rewrites itself despite proper reloads. Also author kind of gave a rude response to that Erikk_GP guy despite him giving a legit criticism in his review.

Love it. shows no signs of lagg, tho it does sometimes take alot of time to actually teleport the player, it seems to be very accurate, works in the end and nether also... overall a lovely plugin, using it on my experimental network tridentmc.net ;p

Couldn't get this plugin to work even after exchanging several messages with the developer. When teleporting in the nether it dropped players either on the ceiling or in the overworld. I give up.

It is a very good random teleport plugin. There aren't any performance issues, and no errors. I highly suggest using this plugin.

Had some problems with 2.6.0 and went to Discord for help. Got help, downgraded and the plguin works great! Have not tested it extensively but the customizable titles are a nice touch.

Best RTP plugin that doesn't lag too much. I'm only giving 3 stars because randomly teleporting in lava is fatal. You have a 70% chance of spawning into lava despite blacklisting lava in the config. Really sad about this and I hope it gets fixed...

Is there no way to change the [RandomTP] and the watermark in the middle of the screen?

This is by far the BEST RTP PLUGIN EVER I have used 5 rap plugins before this one so I can honestly say this is the best one yet.

After downloading, my server now crashes when using /spawn :) this should definitely not happen.

Best RTP/Warp Wilderness plugin out there, hands down.

Plugin is quite good compared to all those out there. Some guy said there are so many you have to improve it. Well, hello? This one supports blacklisted blocks. Now look at all others... You know how important is this blacklist for custom generated worlds?? It's very important, most of plugins don't even offer that. What could you offer though is popular plugin support like factions/feudal/griefprevention/worldguard etc :)
